What we collect
Name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order history, appointment records, and, when made, your wishlist and preferences. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Why
To fulfil orders, arrange appointments, provide aftercare, and keep the record of your pieces.
Who else sees it
Our courier, for delivery. Our payment provider, for the transaction. Our email provider, for correspondence you have opted into. Nobody else, and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
Yours
Ask us for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@corveljewellery.com and we will act within thirty days.
