Returns & Exchanges
Thirty days, no explanation required. A piece chosen in haste is not a piece we want kept.
The window
Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within thirty days of delivery, in their original box and with the certificate.
Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces cannot be returned, because they cannot be offered to anyone else. We will tell you this before you approve the design, not after.
How
Write to care@corveljewellery.com with your order reference. We arrange an insured collection at our cost and confirm when the piece arrives.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of inspection.
Exchanges and resizing
An exchange is treated as a new order at the current price, with the returned value applied in full.
One complimentary resize is included in the first year. Some designs cannot be resized, and we will size those to order instead.
